Eligibility

Use of AstraTsign services is limited to individuals and entities authorized to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Use for unlawful purposes is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to form contracts or have a responsible supervising adult or authorized representative enter into these Terms on their behalf.

Services must be used in compliance with local laws, including regulations governing electronic signatures, authentication, and document retention in your jurisdiction.

Some features may be restricted in certain countries due to legal, regulatory or export control considerations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local restrictions.

Account responsibilities

Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under their account. AstraTsign provides administrative controls for account management and access governance.

You must provide true, current, complete information and promptly update account data to keep it accurate. Incorrect information may limit service functionality.

Protect account credentials and enable available security features such as two-factor authentication. Promptly notify AstraTsign of any suspected account compromise.

Accounts and credentials are personal and non-transferable without prior written approval from AstraTsign, except in approved corporate or administrative transfer scenarios.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and follow our incident procedures so we can take measures to secure your account and data.

AstraTsign may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected misuse, security incidents, or breaches of these Terms. We will notify account holders when feasible and provide steps to resolve issues.

Service scope

AstraTsign provides authentication, electronic signature, identity verification, and document approval workflow services. Feature availability varies by plan and jurisdiction; descriptions on the site are indicative and subject to the Terms.

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features. Significant changes affecting core functionality will be communicated to customers with reasonable notice so they can adapt operational processes.

We design services for high availability, but may perform maintenance or experience outages. Critical maintenance windows will be scheduled to minimize disruption and, where possible, communicated in advance.

Acceptable use and rules

Users must follow operational and legal standards when using AstraTsign services. Prohibited uses include activities that compromise security, violate rights, or misuse the platform.

• Unauthorized access attempts, network scanning, or activities intended to breach security controls.
• Submission or approval of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents intended to mislead recipients or third parties.
• Using the service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Automated bulk creation of accounts or documents intended to bypass usage policies.
• Transmission of malicious code, malware, or content that disrupts services.
• Impersonation of individuals or entities without proper authorization for identity verification processes.
• Any activity that violates applicable export controls, sanctions, or local regulations.

User content

User content includes documents, signatures, templates, and metadata uploaded or created by users within AstraTsign services.

You retain ownership of user content. AstraTsign processes and stores content under your direction subject to these Terms and applicable data protection laws.

By using AstraTsign, you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process your content to provide the services, perform maintenance, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content submitted. Ensure consent and rights for any personal data or third-party materials included in documents.

Requests to remove content will be handled in line with retention obligations, legal requirements, and operational needs. Emergency takedown procedures may apply when required by law.

Intellectual property

AstraTsign and its licensors retain all rights to platform software, activity, and service-related intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service functionality.

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of AstraTsign platform components without authorization.
• Do not remove proprietary markings, watermarks, or attributions embedded in the service or documentation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code is prohibited except where allowed by law.

Paid services and subscriptions

AstraTsign offers tiered paid plans that provide additional features, support, and service levels. Paid services are governed by these Terms and any supplemental agreement provided at purchase.

Pricing is stated in the plan details and may be adjusted for new customers with prior notice. Existing subscriptions follow the terms in effect at the time of purchase except as required by law.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You must provide valid payment information and keep it up to date to avoid service interruption.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation options and notice periods are specified in your subscription agreement.

Refunds for paid services are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the subscription terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

You may cancel a paid subscription via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation does not generally retroactively credit prior billing periods.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with paid services, unless otherwise specified at the point of sale.

We may change pricing for new or existing plans. Material price changes will be communicated in advance with opportunity to modify or cancel affected subscriptions.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features after notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders before suspension.

Disclaimer

Services are provided 'as is' to assist authentication and document approval workflows. AstraTsign provides technical and operational capabilities but cannot control how documents are used by third parties; users should validate legal and contractual sufficiency in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraTsign's aggregate liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. AstraTsign is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from misuse or reliance on documents processed through the service.

Third-party services

AstraTsign may integrate with third-party providers for identity verification, payment processing, or storage. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those services; AstraTsign is not responsible for third-party actions or security practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate use of the services in accordance with the subscription terms or for material breach. Termination procedures depend on account type and contractual commitments.

Upon termination, access to services will cease. AstraTsign will retain data as required by law or contractual obligations and will provide export mechanisms where feasible within specified retention windows.

Privacy

AstraTsign's Privacy Policy governs collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. Users must review privacy practices to understand rights and data handling relevant to authentication and document processing.

Communications and notices

Notices to users may be delivered via email, dashboard messages, or postal mail to the registered address. Legal notices are effective upon transmission according to the delivery method specified in these Terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or business changes. Substantive updates that affect user rights will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and will require acceptance for continued use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Parties will seek to resolve disputes cooperatively and, where needed, through the dispute resolution mechanisms described below.

Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be raised with AstraTsign support to seek an amicable resolution. Where unresolved, disputes may be subject to the courts of Malaysia or other formally agreed dispute mechanisms in line with applicable law.
